Cleentex brings the same standards we hold on commercial contracts into residential cleaning across the Houston area — a trained, background-checked crew, our own supplies and equipment, and a flat price agreed before we start.
Choose a one-off clean when you need the house reset, or a recurring schedule that keeps it that way. Every visit follows a room-by-room checklist, and if something isn't right, we'll come back and fix it.
Priced by the size of your home, not by the hour — so the number you're quoted is the number you pay. Biweekly is our best-value schedule.

Biweekly. It's discounted at every size band — $90 instead of $100 for a home under 1,500 sq ft, and $205 instead of $225 at 3,500+ sq ft. Weekly and monthly visits are charged at our standard rate for your home size.
Not at all. Many of our clients give us access arrangements and come home to a finished house. If you'd rather be there for the first visit so you can walk us through the place, that works too — whatever you're comfortable with.
No. We bring everything, including eco-friendly products that are safe around children and pets. If you'd prefer we use a specific product you keep at home, leave it out and tell us at booking.
Yes. Every member of our team undergoes a thorough background check and is professionally trained, and the company is fully bonded and insured. The same standards apply to our residential crews as to the teams in our commercial contracts.
